WHAT SHOULD YOU COAT WITH FLAMEMASTIC 77
Cables & Pipes in vaults or channels underneath control rooms
Cables & Trays in Vertical Shafts
Cables in distribution areas
Hazardous areas subject to dust and vapor fires
Coated cables can be bent and are flexible enough to absorb movement resulting from the cyclic loading of the cables.
FLAMEMASTIC 77 extends the operating life of power and control cables many times, when fire occurs
FLAMEMASTIC 77 FIRE PROTECTIVE COATING
Sprayed or painted on a group or tray of cables, FLAMEMASTIC 77 turns the group into a single "giant" cable. This seals the surface of the bundle, limiting the air which can circulate through the bundle and to the cable jackets. The lack of oxygen prevents flame development.

Without air, the fuel represented by the bundle is no longer available to feed a fire.
Even if flames should break through the layer of FLAMEMASTIC from within, the coating will prevent propagation of the fire as well as ignition of adjoining cable trays.
